Berlin has a number of theater venues which present English language movies, opera or live theater.
The theaters include:
- The English Theatre offers live performances year round only in English.
- The Berliner Gruntheatre presents live British fringe drama.
- Hebbel-Theatre offers occasional English performances from a variety of visiting theater groups.
- Living Room Productions presents short contemporary films in English.
- odewil features a production house and exhibition space presenting a wide range of contemporary visual and performing arts.
- Seahorse Productions is a British based company that presents English language theater selections in various Berlin theater venues.
- Stuekke offers contemporary theater, but only occasionally are their performances in English.
- Tacheles is an institution in Berlin, combining experimental theater presentations, an art center and a bar.
- Theater Zerbrochene Fenster is a small theater which alternates English theater companies and local German companies which present alternative fringe productions.

- Friends of Italian Opera present regular performances.
Contact the specific theater and inquire about times, costs and the type of performance currently playing. Some theaters are very small and you must book seats in advance.
